The “Voices of aphasia” are a project of the Portuguese Institute of Aphasia. A group of people with aphasia, friends and family get together to sing weekly with the help of Music Therapist Sara Figueiredo. Music has recognized neurological benefits and in the rehabilitation of different pathologies. In the case of aphasia … when words fail, music speaks! 

This Christmas song is part of the 2020 goals of this project! COVID prevented us from making presentations to the public, which give us so much pleasure and motivation. For this reason, we played against COVID and presented our work in an alternative way to the world: we decided to launch our first album with three themes, among them, “Natal Branco”.
